    I'm absolutely *Thrilled* with my new open concept kitchen with custom cabinets, a new island, a hidden closet, a new powder room along with Carlisle 8" wide plank white oak flooring throughout my home! As my general contractor, Nick Lavalle managed this $160K+ project coordinating the design, layout and specifications with my architect, cabinetmaker, painter, plasterer, electrician, plumber and stone installer. He ensured all necessary permits were pulled and the work was done according to building code. I went from a narrow *Townhouse* kitchen with upper and lower cabinets to a more spacious contemporary look. I know people will inquire about the stone, so the perimeter kitchen countertop and wall is called Gray Canyon and the waterfall island is called Florida Wave by MSI. Both are Quartzite natural stone. The island also has a docking drawer with two 120 volt outlets and multiple high-powered 65-watt USB-C ports making it very convenient to charge your smartphones, tablets or laptops. On top of the island is the S-Box popup with two 120-volt outlets that are covered with stone so they blend into the waterfall island perfectly and pops up when you need them. I'm awaiting a new Pella door for the patio which I'll have Nick install. I *Highly Recommend* Nick Lavalle Carpentry for your renovation and remodeling needs.     We worked with Nick and his team on a kitchen renovation in our 100 yr. old home. His work is extremely accurate, and he knows how to make installations plumb even with walls and floors which are no longer level. He has great ideas for keeping the work true to the architecture of the house, for example he custom built some intricate parts for window replacements in order to better match the other windows.     Nick is a mastermind at creating a multi-fictional closet in a small space. He pit in shelves and a pole to hang cloths in our closet that didn’t really have much space. He is amazing! See more See less
